The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Justin Outhier, 42, of Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Enid, will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday July 21, 2022 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel. Complete cremation care and services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Justin was born to Mike and Mona Outhier on March 2nd, 1980 in Enid, Oklahoma and, passed away June 29th, 2022, after a short illness, in Springfield, Missouri. He was little brother to Jeremy and big brother to sister Lisa.

He attended Pioneer Schools, and then later completed his GED, high school equivalency. In recent years, Justin had become nomadic, living at various towns in Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri, settling in Springfield. Justin was an animal lover, always bringing home strays and such to care for. Justin loved to cook, always trying out different recipes. Food Network was his favorite TV channel. He liked working out in the gym, and was very much into physical fitness. Justin enjoyed anything outdoors, especially camping and fishing. He studied the correct foods to feed the wildlife and would educate people about not feeding bread to ducks and fish. He enjoyed a wide range of music, everything from Conway Twitty to Guns n Roses.

Justin had always had problems with alcohol, but never gave up his determination to beat it. At the time of his death, he was doing well at abstinence, his job, and was definitely on the path to wellness and prosperity. In recent months he had renewed his faith in Christ, and enjoyed attending worship services regularly.

He is survived by his Father and Stepmother, Mike and Karen Outhier, of Enid; Brother Jeremy Outhier, of Enid; sister Lisa and husband Dustin Ramer’ of Enid; plus, many Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
