Ruth (Stone) Oliver

October 21, 1941 ~ May 14, 2009

Ruth Oliver, daughter of Tom and Beatrice (Monroe) Stone, was born October 21, 1941 in Bunch, Oklahoma and departed this life on May 14, 2009 at Bunch, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years, 6 months and 24 days.

Ruth served her country proudly in the Army, was a wonderful mother and friend.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; James Oliver Sr., brother; John Stone and sister; Virginia Stone.

Ruth is survived by her loving family that includes her children; James Oliver of the home in Bunch, Tommy Oliver and wife Roberta of Bunch, Terri Oliver of Stilwell, Charlie Oliver of the home in Bunch, brother; Jimmy Stone and wife Jeanne of Georgia, sisters; Mary Lou Rigney and husband Phillip of Neosho, MO., Ruby Doyle and husband Kenneth of Kansas, OK, Betty Jo Stone of California, 5 grandchildren , 1 great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorial services were held Tuesday, May 19, 2009 in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Blue Hothouse officiating.
