Terry Ogilvie

BOOKER - Terry Ogilvie, 54, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 1998.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Booker Christian Church with Jim O'Banion officiating. Arrangements are by Good Samaritan Funeral Service.

Mr. Ogilvie was born in Beaver, Okla. He was raised on the family farm north of Booker and attended Booker schools.

He married Oleta Fausset in 1961 at Booker. They lived in several places before making their home in the Booker area in 1973.

Mr. Ogilvie was employed by Permian Corp. as a truck driver until 1978, when he began working as a motorcycle mechanic.

He owned a motorcycle dealership before moving to Wichita, Kan., in 1986. He worked as an insurance auditor until returning to the motorcycle business.

He and his wife moved back to Booker in 1996.

Mr. Ogilvie was a member of Booker Christian Church and the Christian Motorcyclist Association.

He was preceded in death by a son, Kelly.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Annette Howard of Perryton; a brother, Marvin Ogilvie of Moore, Okla.; and a sister, Wanda Davis of Perryton.

The family requests memorials be to the Terry Ogilvie Memorial Fund for Booker Christian Church.
