Scott Edward Novack was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on January 15, 1958 and departed this life in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
Scott was the son of James and Nella Norton Novack.
He was a resident of Davenport, Oklahoma.
He served in the United States Army.
He was a member of the Christian Church, and worked for MCT Transportation as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include one sister and brother in law, Mary and Randy Van Fossen of Davenport, nieces, Makenzi Van Fossen of the home, Dawn and husband Kenny of Stroud, nephews, Kevin and wife Elexa of Oklahoma City, Danny and wife, Sara of Stroud, Joey and wife Heather of Tulsa, several great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held at the First Christian Church in Stroud on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul Ragal Officiating.
Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
