Judie B. Nordhues passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017 after a short, but courageous battle with cancer.
Judie was born August 30, 1945 in Norfolk, NE to Herman and Jeanne (Powell) Bausch. She graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School in 1963. Whether it was attending her grandchildren's sporting events and musical performances, or spending the evening at the lake with the family, her first priority was always ensuring everyone else's happiness. Judie's other joy was traveling. She enjoyed vacationing in many different places but her favorites were always Arizona, Florida, and Germany.
Judie is survived by her husband, James Nordhues; three children: daughter, Elaine Nordhues of Edmond, sons, Barry Nordhues and wife, Amy, of Bartlesville, and Ross Nordhues and wife, Brianna, of Oklahoma City. She was blessed with three grandchildren: Emily, Evan and Ethan Nordhues. She is also survived by her sister, Patti (Bausch) Tavener, and husband Terry, and close family friend, Donielle Johnson of Edmond. Judie was preceded in death by her parents.
