Paul Noah, of Cartwright, passed away in his home on October 18, 2024, at the age of 64. He was born on March 29, 1960, in Woodland Hills, California, to Weldon Loyd and Madeleine Louise “Toy” (Huihui) Noah.
Paul was the proud owner of Noah's Ark Mobile Power Wash and Detailing. His work was not just a means to an end but a true service he provided with dedication. Paul's attention to detail and his commitment to excellence earned him the respect and loyalty of his clients and peers alike. His creative spirit was evident in his personal life. He was an accomplished guitarist who had the honor of playing with Freddy Fender, an experience he cherished and often reminisced about with friends and family. Beyond music, Paul was artistic and enjoyed coloring and drawing, but he most loved to paint and detail cars, transforming them into works of art.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Tara Noah of Cartwright, Oklahoma; his son Columbus E. Wayne Minyen of El Reno, Oklahoma; and his daughter, Tosha Lynne Deal of Stringtown, Oklahoma. His legacy lives on with his numerous grandchildren and other relatives, who will miss him greatly. He is also survived by his beloved fur-babies.
Preceding him in death are his parents Weldon and Madeleine Noah, his sister Doretha and brothers Nathan, Larry, and Wendell.
Cremation has been selected by his family and they will hold a memorial service at a later date.
