Jeffrey Niehaus, 65, passed away on June 25, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and dedication to his family.
Born on April 29, 1960, Jeffrey grew up in Ohio, where he developed the strong work ethic that would define his life. He later moved to Florida, where he met and married the love of his life, Leda Niehaus. Together they built a loving family and a life centered around faith, perseverance, and one another.
Jeffrey was a proud father to Jeffrey, Shawn, Gerid , Hayley. His children were the greatest joy of his life, and he took great pride in teaching them the asphalt trade that he had worked in his entire life. Asphalt wasn’t simply his career—it was his passion. Through years of dedication, he passed down not only his knowledge and skills but also the values of hard work, integrity, and determination.
Nothing meant more to Jeffrey than being a grandfather. He cherished every moment spent with his beloved grandchildren, Harley, Tanner, Shawn, and Avery. Whether sharing stories, offering advice, or simply enjoying time together, he loved each of them deeply and was proud to watch them grow.
Jeffrey will be remembered as a hardworking man with a generous heart, someone who always put his family first and led by example. His quiet strength, wisdom, and willingness to help others left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we take comfort in knowing that his legacy lives on through his children, grandchildren, and the countless lives he touched along the way. His love, lessons, and unwavering work ethic will continue to inspire his family for generations to come.
Jeffrey was deeply loved, will be profoundly missed, and will never be forgotten.
“A life well lived leaves a legacy that time can never erase.”
