Memorial Services are planned at a later date for Amanda Renee Nichols, 34, of Ravia, Oklahoma. Amanda passed away on January 4th, 2015 at the Mercy Hospital in Tishomingo. At the family's request, cremation was chosen.
She was born on January 29th, 1980 in Denison, Texas to Brett Alan Gudgel and Peggy Ann (Crow) Gudgel. She attended school in Denison, later moving to Johnston County. Most recently, she had been working at the Sooner Food store in Tishomingo as a stocker.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Horton and her grandmother, Mary Helen Crow.
Amanda is survived by her husband Erick of the home, a son, Karl Lemuel Nichols, two daughers, Mackenzie LeAnn and Dawn Nichols, her father, Brett Gudgel, three sisters, Christy Lake, Tosha Gudgel and Kiana Mitchell, and three brothers, Jimmy Gudgel, Jonathan Gudgel and Jeffrey Mitchell, other relatives and friends.
Donations to assist with funeral expenses may be sent to Clark Funeral Service, 305 E. Main, Tishomingo, OK 73460 or dropped off at the funeral home between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm weekdays or 9:00 am until noon or Saturday.
