Anita Newman (Pritchett) was born November 24, 1958 in Stilwell, Oklahoma, and was called home in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 10, 2021 at the age of 62.
Anita's smile could light up a room. She was a lover of music. She loved her family and the Arkansas Razorbacks. She always treated her childrens friends as if they were her own. Anita had an infectious laugh, she loved to joke around. She loved watching supernatural no matter how many times she re-watched it.
Anita was welcomed home by her parents Tom and Betty Pritchett (Glass); brothers Odell and Jim Tom Pritchett; her grandson Nathan Newman; niece Nancy Pritchett; brother-n-law Luchin Wayne Bean.
Carrying on her memory are her children; Stacy Newman Rose; Neva Newman May; Daniel Newman; Chad Newman all of Stilwell, Oklahoma. Grandchildren; Shilo Newman; Julian Boston; Nicholas May; Junita Newman; Talawna Newman; Hope Boston; Selima Newman; Leilani Newman; Callie May; Lauren May; Brentli Newman. Siblings; J.T. Pritchett and wife Narcie of Westville, Oklahoma; Lorene Bean of Stilwell, Oklahoma; Carbine Boone of Stilwell, Oklahoma; Edward Pritchett and wife Edith of Watts, Oklahoma; sister-n-law Julia Pritchett of Tahlequah, Ok; sister-n-law Janice Pritchett of Stilwell, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
