Louise “Little Charley” Neugent, age 78, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
She was born July 16, 1946 in Concho, Oklahoma, to Scott and Lucille (White) Little Charley.
Louise attended Job Corp in Albuquerque, New Mexico and went on to get her associates in secretarial and a bachelor’s degree.
During her career Louise worked as a secretary for Southwestern Bell.
She attended a Baptist church in her younger years then later in life she changed to non-denominational.
Louise enjoyed painting, puzzles, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She also liked going to the casino with her youngest daughter any chance possible.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Buster Neugent; mother, Lucille White; father, Scott Little Charley; sister, Michelle Little Charley and 2 brothers.
Survivors include her daughters and son in law, Pastor Anthony Bradshaw and Minister Alisa Bradshaw of Shawnee, OK, Minister Alena Neugent of Shawnee, OK, Ceola R.C. Neugent of Kansas City, MO; sons, Buster Neugent of Mangum, OK, Cory Washington of Oklahoma City, OK; step daughters, Marian Payne of Dallas, TX, Marcelyce Myles of Oklahoma City, OK, Savannah Davis of Oklahoma City, OK; sister, Jackie Graham of Little Axe, OK; brother, Newman Little Charley of Woodward, OK; 12 grandchildren, Victoria Neugent, Zaleah Neugent, Mark Ganaway Jr., Jyquale Davis, Armani Griffin, Tiyona Neugent, Charmaine Hunter, Triva Robinson, Keyowna Robinson, Curtis Neugent, Corrionna Washington, Cory Jr. Washington; 3 great grandchildren, Mia Glass, Lai Lani Neugent, and Iyon, many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Evonne Combs, of Connect Church of McLoud Oklahoma officiating.
