Roberta Francis Nephew “Bobbie”,72, of Ponca City passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at her home.

Bobbie was born on March 18th of 1953 in Arkansas City, KS., and adopted by her parents Robert and Hazel.

She worked at numerous businesses throughout the years. However, working the doors at the clubs was her favorite. She loved being with her people, going to the casino, and spending special time with her grandchildren.

Bobbie is survived by her husband, Marshal Nephew of the home; her daughter, Rebecca Rhea and husband Barry, of Ponca City; her son, Kenneth Hutson, of Ponca City; a sister Patsy Cooper and husband of Pawnee ; and a blessed amount of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Stout, Hazel Owen; a son, Robert L. Hutson and a grandson, Robert E. Hutson.

Open visitation will be Wednesday evening from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., October 8th and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. October 9th, at Grace Memorial during business hours. A funeral service will be held Friday, October 10th at 2:00 p.m. at the Carolyn Renfro Event Center.
