Travis Allen Nelson, 29, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, Okla. He was born in Sapulpa, Okla., to Troy Elwood Nelson and Sheri Renee (Blose) Cosper Jan. 3, 1979.
A graduate of Sapulpa High School, Travis made a lot of friends, two of his closest friends cousins Bobbie Blose Jr. and Billy Gale Blose. He loved his yorkie, Hallie. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Homer Blose; uncles, Bob Blose and Leon Blose, and his aunt, Karen Downs.
He is survived by his mother, and her husband James; his grandmother, Gertrude Blose; brothers, Royce Alton, James Cosper, Jr. , and Brandon Cosper; sisters, Ashley Russell, Jiao Nelson, Cary Lynn Nelson, Michelle Renee Nelson, and Rachel Dawn Nelson; aunts and uncles, Jay and Cora Lee Blose, Barbara and Gale Huey, Nancy and Derry Patterson and Bill Blose along with a host of friends. Services were held at 3 p.m., Friday, Oct. 17, 2008, at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel, 719 E. 141st, Glenpool, Okla. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C.
