May 17, 2017 ~ May 19, 2017

MOUSER, Jax Shawn, 2 days old, was born on 5/17/2017 at 3:07 pm in Enid OK and was 2.14 pounds and 15 inches long.

He was the Beloved son of Kaytlynn and beloved grandson of Amy Mouser and Dale Seaman of Enid Ok and Mike Mouser and Tonya Przymus of Derby KS. He was a Cherished nephew, cousin, grandson and great-grandson and great-great grandson of Fonda Hill in Barttylsville, OK. Born prematurely on May 17, 2017 after his mommy suffered a prenatal medical condition, died peacefully in the arms of his mommy and grandma after two beautiful unforgettable days on May 19, 2017 at 4:19 pm.

A beautiful baby boy who touched so many lives in such a brief time. We will always miss and love you and we know you are in the arms of Jesus and that we will hold you again one day for eternity. Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord.

Services will be held at Community Bible Church on Saturday at 11:00 am on May 27, 2017 by Pastor William Bill Smith.

Our family would like to thank Amy Stittsworth Funeral and Cremation Services for their support and prompt services, OU children's Hospital, Community Bible Church and Integris Bass Hospital for the prompt care we received that saved Kaytlynns life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
