Dennis Mosher, 66 year old Woodward resident, died Tuesday, May 21, 2024. A private family service will be held with interment in Missouri. Cremation services provided by Billings Funeral Home.
Dennis Lee Mosher, was born on May 30, 1957 in Bath, New York; he was the son of Lewis Henry and Eva Mae (Presley) Mosher. Dennis grew up in Westfield, Pennsylvania where he attended school. He worked at various companies mostly as a heavy equipment mechanic. Other than living in New York state, he lived in Arizona, before moving to Woodward. While living in Woodward he was united in marriage to Charlotte "Charlie" Hanson in Woodward, where they made their home. Dennis worked at Haliburton, Diamond Services, Newpark, and Gore Nitrogen.
Dennis loved spending time with his family and friends. Riding motorcycles was another of his favorite hobbies. He was very involved, and spent countless hours as a Reserve Police Office for Woodward Police Department, volunteering for 18 years.
Dennis is survived by he wife, Charlie Mosher of the home; sons, Todd and Lori McCoy of Elk City; Scott and Mindy McCoy of Woodward; daughters, Chris and Mike Parker of Missouri; Robyn and Dale Roller of Enid; Pamela and Travis Tidwell of Seiling; 17 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; sisters, Jane McCelland; and Elaine Abbott; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Robert Phillip Potter, one sister, and four brothers.
