Lynetta Lucille (Carnell) Morris
January 17, 1943 ~ September 1, 2022

 On January 17, 1943, Lynetta Lucille (Carnell) Morris, formerly of McCleary, Washington was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to John and Iris Esther Carnell. She departed this life on September 1, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Lynetta was preceded in death by her husband, Wilferd Morris, as well as her parents, her brother John, her sister Ida Jo Logan, and her very close cousins Frankie and Phillip Thomas.

Lynetta was the mother of five daughters, Kelly (Chris) Stipp of Carthage, MO, Dorothy Smith of Grove, OK, Donna DeGood of Kansas City, MO, Kippy Carmichael of Carthage, MO, and Denni Jo (Robert) Swepston of Tahlequah, OK. Her daughters made her a grandmother of 15 and a great-grandmother of 13.

She is also survived by her brother Dennis (Karen) Carnell of Elma, WA and sister Cherrie Carnell of McCleary, WA, as well as many nieces and nephews.

At Lynetta’s request there will be no services. Interment is under the direction of Davis Family Funeral Home and Crematory. If you would like to honor Lynetta, her daughters request that a donation be made to Clarehouse, 7617 S. Mingo Rd., Tulsa, OK 74133, clarehouse.org, who took such wonderful care of her in her final days.
