A family visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Saturday June 01, 2019 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home prior to the services.

He was born February 19, 1929 in Salina, Oklahoma to Oscar and Thelma (Gray) Morgan and passed from this life on May 26, 2019 in Enid, Oklahoma.
He was raised and educated in Enid, Oklahoma where his family moved when he was a small child. He graduated from Drummond High School in 1948. On August 6, 1950 he married Phyllis Overstreet in Enid, Oklahoma. He worked various jobs throughout his life. He hauled cattle for over fifty years and was a farmer. He enjoyed square dancing, water skiing, card playing and accompanying his wife fishing. He loved spending time with his friends and family and would never miss any of his grandchildren’s sporting events.
He is survived by his wife of the home, Phyllis Morgan, son, Denton Morgan, and wife Nancy, daughter Delaine Yelle, and husband John of Geneva, Illinois, brother Jerry Morgan, of Fairview, Oklahoma, sister, Aletha Craig, and husband Eldon, of Enid, Oklahoma, brother-in-law Johnny Boedecker, of Enid, Oklahoma, and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Reva Jean Boedecker, and sister-in-law, Lola Morgan.
Memorials in his name may be made to the American Heart Association with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
