A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Benna Marie Olsen Morford will be 10:30 am, Friday, July 19, 2019 at Cameron Baptist Church Fellowship Center with Mike Teel, officiating.
Benna was born September 22, 1935 in Bryan County, Oklahoma to Bennie and Alta Baughman Olsen. Her family moved to Lawton in 1940. She was a member of Choctaw Tribe. She attended local schools and graduated from Lawton High Class of 1953. She attended Oklahoma Baptist University and Cameron College. She married Adrian Morford on June 4, 1959. She enjoyed traveling, photography and working crosswords.
Benna M. Morford passed away July 16, 2019 at the age of 83 years, 9 months and 24 day, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She is survived by her son Alan Morford, of the home; a son Neal and Valerie Morford; a granddaughter, Rachael and Daniel Rubio; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Faye and Charlotte all of North Richland Hills, Tx; her grandson Paul Morford of Irving, Tx; her nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sister, Sarah Vaughn; and her grandson Christopher Morford.
In lieu of flowers Benna requests a donation to the Legacy Fund of Cameron Baptist Church, 2621 SW C Ave., Lawton, Ok, 73505.
