Wayne was born in Amarillo, Texas on September 4, 1957 to the late James & Frances (Williams) Moore. He passed from this life on August 5, 2025 at the age of 67 years, 11 months, & 1 day.
He was raised & educated in Amarillo, Texas. He moved to Oklahoma in 2015 & since 2022 he lived in Edmond working with family in the landscaping business. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Jerry Don Kelly - Marcus Kelly; & 2 Sisters: Linda Williams - Gerlaine Kelly.
He leaves behind 8 Brothers & Sisters: Timmy Kelly & wife Geraldine – Charlotte – Bernard - & Danny Kelly – Angela Collier & husband Glen – Michelle – Kim - & Donny Kelly; Plus many nieces, nephews, cousins & other relatives.
