Kevin was born on November 3, 1963 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Wayne and Margie (Miller) Moore. He grew up in Lawton where he attended school, graduating from MacArthur High School.
He served in the United States Army and later started out as an electrician's helper at Don's Electric. He then became a licensed electrician. He was very dedicated to his union, serving 22 years. Kevin also loved fishing and hunting.
He was affectionately known to his nieces and nephews as Uncle Buck or Uncle Wheezy. To his friends he was Wheezy or Thunderbolt. His laugh was contagious and he had a bigger than life personality.
