Francis Luther Moore of Coleman, OK was born on October 3, 1943 in Fillmore, OK to Sidney Luther and Bessie Delanie (Chaney) Moore. Francis passed away on January 15, 2021 at the Ardmore Veterans Center at the age of 77.
Bubby as he was known by family and friends attended Milburn Public Schools. He was married to Alice Elaine Graham in November 1970. Bubby proudly served his country in the United States Army from August 13, 1967 until his Honorable Discharge on April 12, 1971 serving in the Vietnam Conflict. He was of the Nazarene faith and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.
Bubby was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Wanda Moore Coats and Maxine Moore Roberts.
Bubby is survived by son Bubby Jay Moore and wife Mandy; sisters Juanita Carter, Ethel Gray, Bettie Bynum, Patsy Chapman and husband Jimmy and Alma Purvis and husband Tommy; brothers Donnie Moore and wife Linda, Ronnie Moore and wife Eva and Bobby Moore; grandchildren Cameron, Dalton and Sierra and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
