David Moore, son of the late Orlando Murl Forsythe and Frances R. Rosetta, was born April 30, 1943, at San Bernardino, California, and passed away September 27, 2019, at Alva, Oklahoma, at the age of 76 years, 4 months, and 28 days.
David was a high school graduate and worked as a county mechanic in Arizona. He was united in marriage to Gloria Ann Seebeck on November 10, 1979, at Flagstaff, Arizona. They made their home in Prescott, Arizona, until his retirement in 2005 when they moved to Alva. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, painting on canvas, and loving life.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, David Moore.
David is survived by his wife, Gloria, of Alva; his daughter, Tracie Lougherd and her husband, Jim, of Gilbert, Arizona; one granddaughter, Audra Lougherd of Gilbert, Arizona; two sisters, Dolores Peterson and Phyllis Witt, both of Sun City, Arizona; other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for cancer research.
