Hattie Monday
March 16, 1949 ~ January 21, 2021

Hattie Monday (Hummingbird), known to all as "Hat" was born in Tahlequah, OK on March 16, 1949, to Lila (Hummingbird) Deason. She departed her loving family on January 21, 2021.

Hat was a mother to: Diane Raigoza, Michelle Cardenas, Tonya Montoya, Antonio "Lil Rick" Raigoza:. wife to Clifford Monday and Stepmother to Chad and Shon Monday.

Hat lived most of her life in Stilwell, OK venturing out to live elsewhere for awhile only to return home to Stilwell where she lived out the rest of her life. She loved getting together having dinners and spending time with her family and friends.

You could always count on Hat for something to eat. She would always say "I got something to eat, come get ya some." She also enjoyed making quilts whether it was to give away or sell. She would always be there for her family if they ever needed her. Hat was someone who lived her life dancing to the beat of her own drum. She was a unique and interesting woman. God broke the mold when he made her. She will be grately missed by her family and friends.

Hattie was preceded in death by her mother, Lila L. Deason, beloved stepfather, Arie "Toots" Deason, daguther, Michelle Cardenas, husband, Clifford Monday, Sister, Margaret Crittenden Porter, brother, Jackie Kelley, Nephews Chris French and Jeremy Fixin.

She is survived by her her children, Diane Raigoza of Muskogee, Tonya Montoya of Oklahoma City, Lil Rick and wife Louise Raigoza of Muskogee, stepchildren, Chad Monday and family and Shon Monday and family, granchildren, Hillarie and Teddy Janway of Poteau, Jessica Raigoza of Muskogee, Estefan and wife Alma Torres of Oklahoma City, Diane Raigoza of Muskogee, Emily Raigoza of Muskogee and Alyssa Raigoza of Muskogee, great grandchildren, Ryon Janway and Samuel Janway, Jose "Santi" Torres, Ricardo "Sebas" Torres, siblings, Nancy Marie Taylor and partner Sharon Mooney of Tulsa, Virginia "Jean" and husband Henry Sawney of Stilwell, Beverly "Doop" and Cookie Wolf of Stilwell, Kathy and husband Luke Shell of Stilwell, Paula Fixing of Tahleqauh, Rita Doublehead of Stilwell, Eugene and Roxanne Kelley of Tahleqauh, Pam Elk of Tahleqauh, Sherri Deason of Stilwell, Brenda and Frankie Still of Stilwell, Lisa Leedy of Weatherford, Rachel Barrett of Ozarks, MO. Also, a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, as well as some great-great nephews.
