Sharon Ellen Mitchell age 74 of Tuttle, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, December 24, 2018.
Sharon was born on January 14, 1944, in Glendive, MT. She was the youngest of two children born to parents, Alfen Olaus Undem and Magdeline Thora (Quarn) Undem. Sharon grew up in Dawson County, MT. and graduate from Dawson Co. High School with the class of 1962. After high school she attended two years of college before meeting her husband Jerry. On July 24, 1965, in Glendive, MT, Sharon and Jerry Mitchell were united in marriage. Together they soon started a family and raised two daughters, Shawn and Errica.
During their first six years of marriage they lived in the Glendive, Billings and Missoula, MT, area. Then in 1968, they moved to Hobbs, NM, later Monahans, Texas, then to Oklahoma City in 1976. It wasn't until year 2000 that they moved to their home in the country near Tuttle.
Sharon worked in the mortgage banking business for most of her life. While living in OKC she managed the best office in the nation for Radian Mortgage Insurance Co. She remained working there until she retired in 2005.
Sharon had a heart of gold and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by:
Parents,
Alfen and Magdeline.
She is survived by:
Husband of 56 years
Jerry
Mitchell of the home in Tuttle.
Two daughters,
Shawn Norman and husband Gary of Newcastle,
Errica Jablonsky and husband Dave of Sacramento, CA.
One brother,
Bob Undem and wife Christine of Boise, ID.
Five grandchildren,
Kelsi Norman and husband Matt Enarson of Tuttle,
Dakota Norman of Newcastle,
Caden Noon of Sacramento, CA.
Stevie Jablonsky of Oakland, CA,
Sam Jablonsky of Sacramento, CA.
One nephew,
J.P. Mitchell and wife Ashley of Moore, OK.
One brother-in-law,
Lonny Mitchell of Tuttle, OK.
At this time there are no services scheduled.
Local arrangements are by Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Newcastle, OK.
