Memorial service celebrating the life of Mary Minnick-Reiss will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Harvey officiating. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.
Mary was born January 4, 1945 in McPherson, Kansas to Cecil Leroy and Tommie Ruth (Bigham) Spillman, and passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 at her home in Enid.
Mary graduated from Hunter High School, Enid Business College and Enid Beauty College. She owned and operated her beauty shop in Helena from 1975 to 1983. Mary also worked as a truck driver, a lead car escort, and then she worked at Greenbrier Nursing home until she became ill and had to stop working. She married Roger Dale Reiss on March 1, 2008 in Enid, where they made their home. Mary was an amazing loving wife, mother, grandma. She loved to ride Harley motorcycles, and enjoyed spending time at the lake.
Mary is survived by her children Joy Headrick of Enid, Tony Minnick and wife Shelli of Kremlin, Andy Minnick of Kremlin, Jamie Reisner and wife Trina of Waukomis, and Amy Reiss of Arkansas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother Leroy Spillman, Jr. of Hunter; and sister Susan Martin and husband Bruce of Aline.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Roger.
Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to Down Bikers or the Shriners Children Hospital.
