John Stewart Mills was born on December 22, 1950 to Galen William and Edna Mae (Parker) Mills in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He passed away at his home in Shawnee, OK on November 9, 2017.
He is survived by his 3 daughters; Sarah Thompson and husband Ken of Tecumseh, OK, Ellen Mills of Washington, DC and Alyssa Wright of Shawnee, OK.
