There will be a private family burial for Leslie Lloyd Miller, 84, of Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Leslie was cremated per his request. Cremation arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.
Leslie was born April 1, 1936 in Laverne, Oklahoma to Henry and Ella Mamie (Ashlock) Miller and passed away peacefully at the First Shamrock Care Center in Kingfisher, Oklahoma on July 9, 2020.
He was born in Laverne and raised in Buffalo and attended school there. After school he joined the United States Army. After he was honorably discharged he returned to Laverne and worked for many years as a school custodian.
Leslie is survived by his daughter, Sheryl Lynn French and Steven Dugger, siblings, Virginia Lincoln, Sedgewick, KS, Joy Campbell, Casselberry, FL, Aaron Miller, Shattuck, OK and Nancy Calhoun, Buffalo, OK, three grandsons, CJ Bennett, TJay French, both of Wyoming, and Roger French of Minnesota, one granddaughter, Savannah French of Wyoming, and two great grandsons, Daniel and Haeden Blair.
Leslie was preceded in death by his parents Henry Miller and Ella Ashlock Miller Shaw, son, David Wayne Miller, brothers Leonard, Jimmy, Wayne, David (Pete), Sisters Irene Perry, Mattie Powell, Wanda Lenz and Lilly Love.
