November 9, 1947 ~ April 4, 2022 (age 74)

Jacquetta Miller, age 74, of Apache passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at her residence.

Jacquetta was born on November 9, 1947 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Jack and Josephine (Derby) McCullough. She was a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor Trainer, an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from 1982-1991, a Registered Nurse (RN) for over thirty-one years and retired from OKDHS.

Preceded in death by her son, Joseph McLane and her parents Jack and Josephine (Derby) McCullough,

Jacquetta is survived by her husband, Ralph Miller of Apache; two daughters, Lisa Blencowe and husband Ray of Yukon, Oklahoma and Brandi Miller and her significant other Sahar of Lawton; one son, Joshua Miller and wife Christina of Noble, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Kaleb Vinson and wife Jessica of Yukon, Courtnee Blencowe of Yukon, Kameron Vinson and wife Gabrielle of Fountain, Colorado, Blake Miller of Lawton, Christina Blencowe of Yukon, Benjamin Miller of Noble and Christopher Miller of Noble along with multiple great grandchildren, other relatives and close friends.
