Jesse was born in Grand Saline, TX to Wenson Fowler Miller Jr. & Judy Kay White on March 12, 1973.
Jesse attended the Mabank Public Schools, Mabank TX. After high school, Jesse followed his dad learning Drywall and Painting.
Jesse moved to Oklahoma and continued working with his Dad and became a partner in the painting company. He then moved back to Texas and worked with his brother in law, Dewayne Oliver, painting. In 2016, Jesse returned to Oklahoma and began working with his brother Kevin McGaugh building barns and continued to do so until his death.
Jesse departed his life at the home he shared with his wife, on Saturday August 29, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Wenson and Ellen Miller of TX, his biological father: Wenson Fowler Miller, Jr. of TX, maternal grandparents: Jay and Sue White of TX, sister: Lana Miller of Proctor, OK, great nephew: Jesse James Bullard of Quinlan, TX, uncles: Chris Miller, Glenn Miller, David Bruce White, mother in law: Shirley Downing of Westville, OK.
Jesse is survived by his wife, Kimberly Miller of the home in Westville, OK and their two fur babies: Bailey & Chubacca, her daughter: Niki and grandson Landon of AR, his mother: Judy Karen Merrell and dad James Michael McGaugh of Proctor, OK, his sister & brother in Law: Amy & Dewayne Oliver of Proctor Ok, brother: Dewayne Oliver of TX, daughter & son in law: Jacee & Tum Nicholson of TX, grandson: Eli Nicholson of TX, son: Michael Barlow of TX, brother & sister in Law: Kevin & Barbara McGaugh of Christie, OK, his aunts: Cheryl Davis and Lavada Adams, nieces: Caitlin, Tamlin, Kayla, Morgan, Amanda and Kimi, nephew: Jacob, along with many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Cousins, a host of friends & acquaintances.
Jesse was a Generous, Kindhearted, Caring, Loving Man.
He loved his family & friends with his whole heart and soul. Willing to lend. helping hand to anyone that was in need. He would give the shirt off his back and his last dollar if someone he knew or had never met before was in need. He wanted everyone to be happy, always joking around and acting silly to make sure those he was around were Happy and Smiling.
Jesse was one of a kind , you wouldn't find anyone else any better.
