Gae C. (Otto) Meyers
November 12, 1935 ~ December 4, 2018

Gae C. Meyers passed away on Tuesday December 4, 2018 at her son's home in Ponca City. She was 83. A Rosary service will be held on Wednesday December 12, 2018 6:00pm with Fr. Devasahayam Undralla at Trout Funeral Home. A private family Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the spring. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Gae was born on November 12, 1935 the daughter of Joseph J. Otto and Mabel Oldham Otto in Hennessey OK. She was married to Lawrence J Meyers, Jr on February 19, 1955 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ponca City. They made their home in Kay County and engaged in farming while raising their four sons. Gae's legacy is her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild. Along with caring for her family and friends she had a great love for caring for others. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and laughter.

Survivors include her sons, Joe Meyers, Tonkawa, OK, Tom Meyers & wife Debbie, Nick Meyers & wife Mary, Steve Meyers, all of Ponca City, OK. Four grandchildren: Molly Meyers, Beth Meyers, Kaylyn Pametickey, and Ryan Meyers. One great grandchild Laiden Meyers. One brother Steve Paul Otto, one sister Mary Lynn Brennan.

Gae was preceded in death by parents, husband and one grandchild Patrick Meyers and three brothers J.B. Otto, Tom Otto, and Frank Otto.

The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of North Central Oklahoma for the wonderful care and support given to Gae that allowed her to be home with her family the last few days of her life here on earth.
