Geneace Frances Meyer age 65 passed away Tuesday, May 18 at her home in Yukon, Ok. She was born May 23, 1955 in Muskogee Oklahoma to George D Ross.
She was married to John Beck in 1996 until his passing in April 2012.
Geneace attended Muskogee High School and graduated in 1973. Geneace loved gardening and landscaping. She started her own landscaping business in Muskogee and was featured in the local newspaper several times for her beautiful and absolutely breathtaking gardens she created. She passed this love of flowers and gardening down to everyone who met her or had the pleasure of knowing her. Gardening wasn't her only passion. Geneace loved animal; cats, dogs, birds, even caring for an injured owl she found some years ago. This love of animals drove her to go back to school and open her own dog grooming business North Hill Pet Grooming and Boarding in Van Buren, Arkansas. She did this until she retired and moved to Yukon, Oklahoma to be close with family.
Geneace loved dancing, singing, listening to music, especially Willie Nelson, decorating and most of all, she loved her family.
Geneace is survived by her sister Patti Gattis, brother-in-law Bill Gattis, her son, Matthew Munding and his wife, Crystal Munding, and Nene to her granddaughter Matilyn Munding of Yukon, Oklahoma. All who loved her will never forget her wit, strong will, her beauty, and her signature phrase, "Peace and love, Bye." We loved you more than you will ever know Nene, peace and love, bye.
