The services celebrating and honoring the life of Joseline Mera, 47, of Enid will be held 12:00pm Friday October 22, 2021, in the Marshallese United Church of Christ. Complete cremation care and services are under the direction of Brown-Cumminngs Funeral Home.
Joseline was born May 18, 1974 to Birash and Sheila "Jesse" Joash in Majuro, Marshall Islands and passed from this life October 9th, 2021 in Enid, Oklahoma. She was raised and educated in Majuro and moved to Enid in 1991. She attended Chisholm High School her Junior Year, then transferred and earned her diploma at Enid High. She moved to Springdale, Arkansas and began working for Tyson Foods. She returned to Enid in 1995 continuing her career with Advance Foods, which later changed to Advance Pierre Foods and what is now known as Tyson Foods. On March 6th, 1999, she married Rand Mera in Enid, Oklahoma where the couple made their home. She enjoyed cooking, baking, traveling, listening to music, watching Lifetime movies and CNN, going to garage sales and took great pride in always having a clean home. She loved Cherry Blossoms and Orchids. She was small but mighty.
She is survived by her husband Rand of the home; Daughter Lillian Lijabwe Mera and son Lucas Lash Mera.
