Memorial services for Joyce Ilene McNinch (Cummings), 70, of Norman will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Pawhuska Fairgrounds Building W. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Stephens-Key Funeral and Cremation Care.
Joyce Ilene McNinch (Cummings) was born on January 27, 1947 to Ernest and Eloise Cummings in Sedan, Kansas. She passed away on June 17, 2017 at her home in Norman after a long battle with cancer.
Joyce attended school in Pawhuska and graduated from Pawhuska High School. She was a retired truck driver. She loved to cook, bake and sew for herself and others. She also loved going to the casino with her sisters, brothers and all of her friends. Joyce's very best friend was Ted Schwartz of Norman, OK and he was always there for her. Her other friends were Karen Ann, Louella, Mary Jane and Mary all of Norman and she loved them all dearly. Joyce was a joy to be around and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her three sons, Billy Ford of Pensacola, OK, Ricky Ford of Salina, OK and Michael Alexander of Seneca, MO; her sisters, Brenda, Janice, Janet, Gwen, Shirley, Mary and Nadene; her brothers, David, Ronnie and Duane; six grandchildren; 8 nieces; 9 nephews and 16 grandnieces and 20 grandnephews.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Michael, her parents Ernest and Eloise and one sister Karen Sue Lyons.
