Peggy Louise (Via) McMichael
September 9, 1947 ~ February 12, 2013

Peggy Louise McMichael, 64 years young, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at her residence northwest of Mangum, Oklahoma.

Peggy was born on September 9, 1947 in Fresno, California to Adolph Louis and Margret (Stoffers) Via. She grew up in the Dos Palos, California area, which was a farming community. She fell in love and married Carl McMichael, in Reno, Nevada, and spent many wonderful years together, before his death. Carl and Peggy retired to the Mangum area because it reminded them so much of their youth. Peggy�s since of humor and perseverance will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband and father, she is survived by three children, Bobby, Lynette and Michael; six grandchildren, Leah, Megan, Melissa, Keith, Logan and Camron; one great granddaughter Sophia; her mother and two brothers, Bill and Michael Via.

Memorial services for Peggy McMichael will be held by the family at a later date.
