Lauricia Ann “Sissy” McGuire, 61-year-old Vinita resident, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at the Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was born on May 3, 1963, in Vinita, her parents were Glen Long and Virginia Ann (Page) Long. Sissy worked for local residential care facilities, loved attending rodeos, fishing, garage sales, and having fun with her best friend Tami but, she most of all she loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and being with her family. Sissy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

The family includes her sons, Cody McGuire (Krysten) of Langley, Casey McGuire (Callie) of Adair; daughter, Amber (Cloud) Edwards of Dallas; grandchildren, Caleb, Kasen & Calen McGuire, Kiayah & Nevaeh Cloud; brother, Bobby Long of Ketchum; nephews, Nolan Long of Pryor, Casey Smith of Kansas, and Ty Smith of Vinita.

Celebration of Life will be held Friday, November 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Burckhalter-Highsmith Chapel officiated by Derek Bolin.
