Marcie McGlothlin, 70, of Oklahoma City, died Tuesday afternoon, May 25, 2010, at an OKC hospital.
She was born December 14, 1939, at Anadarko, Oklahoma, to the late Maurice and Pearl Guy Bedoka.
She had worked for 20 years in administration for the VA Medical Center in OKC, and was a proud member of the Caddo Indian Nation.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Bois Roof, a daughter, Rene Michelle Roof, a brother, Franklin Bedoka, and a sister, June Faye Bedoka.
Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Beaux McGlothlin; a daughter, Kimberly and husband Danny Roberts; a son, Brett Roof and wife Angela; a granddaughter, Hannah Robers; and a grandson, Devin Roof;
two brothers, Buddy and Maurice Bedoka; three sisters, Ann Donaghey, Joyce Smith, and Guyneth Cardwell; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 29, at 2 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church, 501 W. Florida St., in Anadarko.
Arrangements are by OK Cremation & Mortuary Service of Oklahoma City.
