May 14, 1949 ~ December 23, 2021

 A Memorial service for Connie McDonald will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021, in the Ladusau-Evans Chapel, with Rev. Vernon Lee officiating. Cremation arrangements and services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Connie was born May 14, 1949, in Enid to Edward and Irene (Wood) McDonald and passed away December 23, 2021, in Enid.

She graduated from Enid High School in 1967. After high school she attended Central State University (UCO) with a degree in Language Arts. She later received her Master's Degree in Language Arts and a second Master's Degree in Special Education. Connie taught from 1979 till her retirement in 2008. She loved her summer job that she held at Jack Warner's Fireworks for 40 years. Connie loved going to Las Vegas with her mom; they went every two years to have some fun.

Connie is survived by her brother, Mark McDonald and wife Jeanette; niece, Rikki Guinn and husband Justin and their children Breanna, Parker and Jackson; nephew, Ryan McDonald; numerous cousins; and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved dog, Riley.

Memorial donations may be made to Enid SPCA, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
