November 19, 1950 ~ January 21, 2023

Otis Lee McCormick, 72, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on January 21, 2023, surrounded by many of his loved ones. Otis was born on November 19, 1950, in Chickasha, Oklahoma to the late Nicodemous McCormick and Emma Irene Dewberry McCormick. He grew up in Toledo, Oregon with his siblings Don, Joyce, Brenda, and Rose, and attended Toledo High School.

Otis married Sherry Irvine on December 31, 1994. Throughout his life he spent as much time as he could hunting, fishing, and gathering; enjoying time spent outdoors. During the growing season he planted, cultivated, and harvested fruits and veggies from his gardens. He was always a farmer at heart, raising cattle, pigs and chickens. During retirement, he spent as much time as possible fishing from his boat on Lake Texoma and relaxing in his easy chair with his weenies, Fred and Molly.

Otis is survived by Wife Sherry Irvine McCormick. Daughters Jennifer Jones, Julie Arnsdorf (Sebastian), Katie Perks (Jason), Amanda Sowards (Jason). Sons Justin Irvine, Matthew Irvine, Josh Irvine. Grandchildren: Ashlee Venture, JT Jones, Sydnee Jones, Jackson Arnsdorf, Kristin Perks, Emma Perks, Randee Perks, Avery Irvine, Jordan Irvine, Tye Irvine, Buddy Irvine, Hayden Bridgeman, Kayleigh Bridgeman, Katelynn Irvine, Sebastian Irvine, Owen Irvine, Gracie Irvine, Ailam Irvine, Ryder Irvine, Kynslie Irvine, Josiah Irvine, Talon Irvine. Great-Grandchildren: Aria Venture, Bailey Jones, Presley Jones, Bowden Schmidt. Siblings Don McCormick, Rose Lowenberg.

Preceded in death by: Parents Nicky and Irene McCormick and sisters Joyce Hellman and Brenda Lewis.
