Billy Ray McCaskill
July 15, 1961 ~ November 30, 2014

Billy Ray McCaskill was born July 15, 1961 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Etta Marie and James Lawrence McCaskill, Jr. He passed away November 30, 2014 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 53 years, 4 months and 15 days.

Billy Ray grew up in the Cheyenne and Sayre area and attended Sayre Schools. He later moved to Woodward, Oklahoma where he worked at the Sale Barn for several years. Billy Ray returned to Sayre to care for his mother and he also worked for the City of Sayre and most recently was employed with Varnell Powerline. He was a accomplished handyman and could fix most anything. He enjoyed spending time with his family was a much loved Uncle to his nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents, a infant twin sister, Linda Rae, a brother, Bobby James McCaskill.

He is survived by his 2 sisters and 2 brothers, Larry McCaskill and wife, Jackie, Sayre, OK, Kevin McCaskill and wife, Brittany, Sayre, OK, Karen Aston and husband, Lawrence, Sayre, OK, Debbie Holt and husband, Tim, Meyersdale, PA; Special friends, James and Lou Barnes, 6 nephews, Larry, Johnathon, Tommy, Timothy, Kalvin and James; 5 nieces, Tracey, Shandra, April, Amber and Lillian, 3 great nephews, Devin, Tyler and Tristian, 4 great nieces, Alexia, Brooklyn, Taylor and Tatum and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service of Sayre. Condolences can be made online at www.whineryfs.com
