Floyd McCall passed away Friday, April 22, 2016. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2016 in the Walker-Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Foster Mays officiating. A graveside service will follow at 3:30 p.m. at the Round Mound Cemetery near Cedar Vale, KS. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.
Floyd Melvin McCall was born August 6, 1934 in Winfield, KS to Floyd Lee and Ethel (Patterson) McCall. Floyd was a rancher most of his life. Floyd also worked with a team that harvested grain from southern Oklahoma through Canada for many years. He enjoy collecting knives and guns.
Floyd is survived by his son, Justin McCall and wife LaDonna of Bartlesville and daughter, Sherri Cobb and husband Terry Cobb of Texoma. Floyd was blessed with three grandchildren; Dayton McCall, Tymber McCall and Kelly Bailey and three great grandchildren; Zaine Bailey, Cade Bailey and Zoe Martinez. Floyd is also survived by many friends notably Miquee McDaniel, Raife Haden and Emalee Haden.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Marvin McCall.
