Marilyn Gaylynn McAtee, age 57, of Enid, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2020. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will schedule a memorial service to be set at a later date.
Marilyn was born on May 24, 1963, in Clinton, Oklahoma to Harry and Wanda Jean (Smith) McAtee. Marilyn attended school in Clinton and Enid, graduating from Enid High School. Following high school, she attended classes at Phillips University. She was an avid reader and NASCAR fan. She loved her dog Scott, who precedes her in death. Marilyn was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church of Enid.
Marilyn is survived by her two sisters, Carolyn and Sharlyn; four brothers; Jim, Leonard, Donald and Ronald; as well as several nieces, nephews, and many close friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Wanda Jean McAtee; her grandparents, Richard and Emma McAtee; and her beloved dog Scott.
Memorial contributions in Marilyn’s name may be made to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home to help with expenses.
