Martin Alan "Marty" Mayfield

March 5, 1953 ~ Dec. 25, 2004

Martin Alan "Marty" Mayfield, 51, of the Minco-Cogar, Okla., area died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004, at El Reno, Okla.

Martin Mayfield was born March 5, 1953, at Wichita, Kan.

A family-conducted memorial service will be held Thursday, December 30, 2004, at 2 p.m. at the Cogar United Methodist Church.

Arrangements are being made by Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco.

Martin Alan "Marty" Mayfield

A memorial service for Martin Alan "Marty" Mayfield, 51, of the Minco-Cogar area was held Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004 at the Cogar United Methodist Church.

Martin Alan "Marty"Mayfield was born March 5, 1953 at Wichita, Kan. to Earl Clifford and Opal Augusta (Church) Mayfield and died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004 at El Reno.

He had lived in the Minco-Cogar community since 1979, having moved from Inglewood, Calif., and owned and operated Cogar Quick Stop for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Opal Mayfield, and one brother, Ronald Dean Mayfield.

Survivors include two brothers, Robert and Patricia Mayfield of Mountain City, Ga. and Jim Mayfield of Cogar; and one sister, Susan and Charles Taylor of Big Bear Lake, Calif.

Arrangements were made by Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco.
