Edgar "Eddie" Albert Mathews, 66, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He was born February 21, 1951 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Walter and Jannie Mathews.
Eddie spent most of his working life at Tinker Air Force Base. He loved building cars, camping and taking care of his gun collection.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Jannie.
Eddie is survived by his siblings, Kathleen Taylor, James Mathews and Bruce and his wife Melinda Mathews; and his nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be Monday, 10 am, October 2, 2017 at Resthaven Funeral Home, Shawnee, Oklahoma
