Judy Martin, a life-long resident of Nowata, Ok, died unexpectedly on October 15, 2018 on her 75th Birthday.
Judy is survived by her husband, Pete, her children, Tony Woods of Tulsa and wife Lisa Woods, Joni Hall of New Mexico and husband, Chance, and Stacy Taylor of Oklahoma, and husband Carl. Judy is also survived by her brother, Mike Wyckoff of Nowata, and his wife Nancy. Judy was a Nanny, Grandma, and Nana to 21 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren. She was so proud and enjoyed sharing pictures and stories about each of her "babies."
Judy was born to Hubert and Virginia Wyckoff in Nowata Oklahoma. She attended school in Nowata and was proud to be a Nowata Ironman Cheerleader. Judy was strong in her faith and her love for The Lord, she enjoyed attending church and had a beautiful voice in which she used to sing hymns and children's songs to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, when they were young. She loved fixing her house like a showplace and loved all the holidays and family gatherings. She was most definitely a family gal!
Judy had a close group of friends that she attended school with and she and her girlfriends went on frequent outings of which we probably don't want to discuss all of their shenanagans!
We will celebrate Judy's life and home going, at her memorial service on Friday, Oct. 19, at 1:00pm. It will be at the 1st Church of God, in Nowata, Okla.
