Bud Marrs
January 29, 1933 ~ March 15, 2024

Bud was born in Bristow, Oklahoma on January 29, 1933 to the late Marvin "Mike" Marrs & Clara Emma (Allen) Marrs. He passed from this life at his residence on March 15, 2024 at the age of 91 years, 1 month & 15 days. Bud was raised and educated in Olive and was a 1951 graduate of Olive High School. He had lived all o his life in this area and had worked in the oil fields. He had owned several oil related businesses, most notably D & M Tank Trucks, Bud Marrs Oil Company and Bud Marrs Trucking. He had a passion for driving his rig all over the country. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a Son: Michael Corey Marrs; 1 Brother: Jimmy Marvin Marrs; & Sister: Clara Lee Shawn.

His remaining family includes 2 Daughters: Myrl Ann Hallman of Olive - Jana Warren of Broken Arrow; Son Jimmy Allen Marrs of Olive; Grandchildren: Cory - Kerry & Amy - Mandy - Jacob - Emma & Thomas - & Kylee; Great Grandchildren: Easton - Riglee - Jeremiah - Ava - & Alex; plus several Cousins, Nieces, Nephews , other relatives and friends
