Michelle Mantooth Evans, age 45 of Purcell, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019. Jerri Michelle Mantooth was born December 23, 1973 in Purcell, Oklahoma, the younger of 2 daughters born to Jerry Lee Mantooth and Jeanne Kay (Dumas) Mantooth. Michelle was a vibrant soul; always positive and always happy. She loved her family and friends, and shared a unique bond with her dad, Jerry. She loved anything and everything about chickens, and was known to frequent the chicken fights alongside him. Michelle’s sense of humor and witty sarcasm worked well for her in life, and for the last 10 years, she worked as a therapy coordinator for Life Springs Home Health. She would tell you that her greatest accomplishment; her heart and her joy were her children, Tristan and Kaylee. Michelle was strong willed, gifted in faith and determined to live. She was a fighter, and wanted so badly to beat cancer. She was the best mother, a great friend, and an inspiration to many. She will be dearly missed!
