April Dian Manning
September 24, 1964 ~ May 27, 2021

April Dian Manning, 56, of Dewey, Oklahoma, died Thursday, May 27, 2021. April was born September 24, 1964, in Drumright, Oklahoma to Rose Mary (Cushenberry) and Robert “Leroy” Manning. She attended Barnsdall Public Schools where she graduated in 1983. She continued her education at Midwest Christian College.

Following her education she entered the work field in medical billing and coding. For the last five years she worked in restaurant services.

It was in her love and care of her dogs, Peaches and Chewy, and her enthusiasm of long distance running that April’s personality comes to life. She is remembered in high school as a smiling young lady who had a lot of fun.

April was preceded in death by her father Leroy Manning and brother Andy Dene Booker.

She is survived by her mother Rose Mary Manning, of the home; sister Janice Javine and husband Cleve, of Barnsdall, OK; brother Gene Booker and wife Ann, of Chattanooga, OK; brother Stan Booker and wife Paula, of Lawton, OK; sister Dorthy Underwood and husband Mike, of Lawton, OK; niece Cortney Walden, of Stillwater, OK; and nephew Justin Javine, of Barnsdall, OK. Also many family members and friends.
