Woodward, Okla. — Joyce Rae Craighead Mann was born to Warren R. and Velma A. (Kerns) Craighead on May 20, 1953 in Woodward, OK. She departed this life on November 25, 2013 at her home in Newcastle at the age of 60 years.

Joyce made her home in Newcastle for the last 18 years moving from Edmond. She attended High School in Woodward, OK, she then attended UCO and OU receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology with a Biogenetics Certificate. She was a member of the Suburban Baptist Church. On April 14, 1995 she and Mr. Keith Mann were united in marriage. She was employed as a Medical Technologist with the S.W. Integris Cancer Center in Okla. City until her retirement in 2009. Joyce enjoyed horses, reading, photography and gospel singing.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Keith of the home, (3) sons; Robert Warren Hurst and wife Rebecca of Oklahoma City, Rusty Dean Hurst and wife Stephanie of Enid, Everett Bryan Mann and wife Nikki of Japan, (1) daughter; Andrea Hash and husband Mark of Choctaw, (1) brother; Clair Verne Craighead and wife Stephanie of Woodward, OK, (7) grandchildren; Tiara Jackson, Kaleb Ticknor, Natalie Prather, Payden Prather, Everett Aiden Mann, Michael Hash, Hunter Hash and many other relatives and friends.
