Jamie Ann Mangum, 55, of Mustang, Oklahoma, received her angel wings and went to be with Jesus June 12, 2021. She was born on January 13, 1966 to Jack and Tana Cummings in Duncan.
Jamie graduated from Empire High School with the class of 1984, and went on to attend Cameron University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, with Honors. She married Jacky Mangum in 1987 and with him she had two boys, Justin Dean and Bobby Joe. She was well known for owning and operating both Mangum Auto Sales and the Hometown Sears Store in Duncan from 1996 until 2016. Jamie and Jacky divorced in 2013 and Jamie proceeded to start a new career working for Funeral Directors Resource within the Accounting Division for the past five years.
Jamie loved life and enjoyed people. She found fulfillment in many activities including gardening and taking pictures, reading a good book and cooking for her family and friends which was a great joy of hers. She loved to sew and make quilts, which she often gifted to her loved ones. She enjoyed going on adventures with her boys as they grew up, and was very supportive of their many activities. After her boys were grown being a Nana to her grandchildren became her new passion. She had a big heart and it showed daily, especially when supporting the underdog. She loved God and prayed faithfully for others.
