Paternal and Maternal grandparents
3 uncles and 1 aunt.
and Gilber Morales
3 cousins

Survived by her husband Miguel Jaquez
Mother Wanda and Rikki Evans of Anton, Tx
2 Sisters Georgette R. Shepard and her husband Loren Shepard of Tulsa, OK
Toni Mulkey and her husband Dalton Mulkey of Anton Tx.

2 nieces and 2 nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews

Graduated Job Corp, Albuquerque NM, Graduated Cosmetologist, Enid Beauty College

She was direct care staff at Sunnyside Center, Enid and Northern Oklahoma Resource Center
and Girling Home Care.

Hellen truly loved jewelry and was well educated in the craft and worked the jewelry department at Walmart where she shined.

A Life Celebration will be held April 20th at 2019, 2021 S. Robinson Ave. Oklahoma City, OK, Wiley Post Park. Inside Pavilion. 3 pm to 7 pm with a riverside release to honor Hellen at sundown.

This is a Hellen Celebration, so pot luck, meat and drink provided.
