Michael "Mike�" Warren Madden, 56, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at his home.
He was born August 31, 1959 to M.J. and Barbara McKey Madden in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Mike was raised in Tecumseh and attended Tecumseh Public Schools. He was a 1977 graduate of Tecumseh High School. He has been a resident of Shawnee for the past 10 years.
He worked along with his father at Tel-Elec in Tecumseh as a Construction Engineer doing drafting and fieldwork.
He loved to fish, play guitars and help his brother Skip train bird dogs. Mike enjoyed spending time at Cathy and Gary�s lake house with Mickey and Marcia, feeding the horses and deer. Mike was very courageous and a warrior in his battle with his illness. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, M.J. Madden.
Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Barbara Madden of Shawnee; two brothers, Skip Madden and Peggy of Tecumseh and Mickey Madden and Marcia of Tecumseh; two sisters, Cathy Hobbs and Gary of Shawnee and Cindy Madden of Shawnee; beloved nieces and nephews, Jay and Melanie Madden, Deena Madden, Teena Madden and Doug Mitchell, Katie and John Roby, Ty and Jennie Madden, Carissa and Cody Valle, Robert Madden and Brian and McKayla McKittrick; and many friends and extended family.
In Celebration of Mike�s Life friends and family are invited to a attend a family gathering from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel to share stories in honor of Mike's life. No formal services will be held.
Arrangements being handled under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
